Day 1 - Zanzibar - Serengeti
On the first day, you will travel from Zanzibar to the Serengeti. You will be picked up from your hotel and taken to Zanzibar airport. You board a small plane to the Serengeti airstrip and reach the Serengeti in the late morning, possibly with a stopover in Arusha. Afternoon game drive, lunch at the lodge and evening game drive where you will witness a mesmerizing sunset in the Serengeti.

Day two - Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, the game drive continues. On this day you have the option to go on a full day game drive or you can split the drives into an early morning and an evening drive, which is suitable for those who want to relax in the afternoon.

Serengeti Heritage Tented Camp (with rustic facilities) is located within the Serengeti NP

Day 3 - Serengeti National Park - Ngorongoro Conservation Area
After an early breakfast, you will set off on a game drive in various regions of the park. You will then return to the lodge for lunch. After lunch, you check out and start your return journey to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. In the evening, you will arrive at the Ngorongoro Serena Lodge with a view of the Ngorongoro Crater, right at the top of the Ngorongoro Crater. Here you check in, have dinner and go to bed early to prepare for the descent into the crater in the early morning.

Day 4 - Ngorongoro Crater - Zanzibar
After an early breakfast, descend into the Ngorongoro Crater in search of the black rhino, the most elusive animal to spot. In this beautiful crater you will experience Africa's version of Noah's Ark, with a wide variety of wildlife including elephants, hyenas, big cats, rhinos and more. In the afternoon, take a lunch break at Hippo Lake and then enjoy another game drive as you head back up to the crater rim. You return to the lodge, check out and drive to Arusha airport, from where you fly back to Zanzibar in the afternoon.
